Recipe: Mediterranean Salad with Mackerel
1 jar of organic mackerel in olive oil
100 g of leafy greens (arugula, spinach, lettuce)
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Black olives
Dressing to taste: salt, balsamic vinegar, and oil from the jar
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, flake the mackerel fillets over the salad, and add the dressing. Serve chilled.
